Analyze and Evolve Business Models: Assist in the evaluation and improvement of Graitor’s business model to ensure alignment with market needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess Graitor’s ability to meet customer demands.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster business growth.
Competitive Analysis: Evaluate both national and international markets to understand Graitor’s competitive position and opportunities for growth.
Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
Customer Engagement: Actively participate in customer outreach programs, including cold calling, networking events, and social media campaigns.
Optimizing Sales Channels: Work on optimizing the ways Graitor reaches and interacts with its customers globally.
Implementation and Tracking: Implement sales and marketing activities and measure their success using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Tools
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement and team collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Adaptability: Openness to learning new sales and marketing technologies and methodologies.
